Through our proprietary manufacturing process, we have been able to optimize the structure of water molecules, stabilize them, and harness the resulting energy. These hydrogen-charged, water-based compounds can be as effective as extreme acids and bases, but differ in that they are less toxic and less corrosive, rendering them safer for animal and plant tissues.

Chlorine Dioxide
Activator
As an alternative to hydrochloric or citric acid. Tydracide is a more effective, less corrosive, activator with minimal residual bi-products released into water.
Safe2Flo Resin Regeneration Solution
Safe2Flo is a Tydracide-based product developed in partnership with ApHinity of Corona California. The patented resin regeneration process can replace harsh acids in the worksite while lowering water usage, reducing corrosion as well as eliminating the chloride released into water.
Food & Beverage
The acidic cleaning product line for breweries and dairies is being developed through our partnership with AFCO. Our products offer an effective solution that is phosphate and nitrate free giving them a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Chlorine Dioxide Generation
Chlorine dioxide is an EPA-approved antimicrobial agent used in a variety of commercial applications including as an antibacterial wash in the food and beverage industry. Early testing has shown that Zellus’ chemistry is a safe and efficient alternative to the common acids used in this reaction.
Broad Spectrum & Hospital Grade Disinfectants
We are working to develop disinfectants for consumer and commercial applications that align with our mission of providing a safe and effective alternative to the industry standard that is free of quat ammonium, phosphates and nitrates.
Engineered Resin Technology (ERT)
ERT is a water conservation solution for larger commercial cooling systems in markets with high water cost and hard water. Developed in partnership with ApHinity of Corona CA, ERT patented process in which Zellus’ chemistry is used as a hydrogen donor to remove undesirable ions safely and effectively from the cooling systems resulting in a 25% reduction in annual water usage.
